Health Condition: High BP 140/90 ( since 28yrs old), High Sugar: 7.5 ( Type 2 diabetes since 2018), High Cholesterol ( since 2016), Stage 2 Fatty Liver ( since 2021).

All on medications every day.

 

Recent Events

1.     Eldest brother – amputated both legs due to uncontrolled diabetes,

2.     3^rd brother – Minor stroke.

 

Family History

Long history of illness due to morbid obesity & unhealthy lifestyle.

 

Hence, I need to change.

After much consideration, I choose Bariatric Surgery - Sleeve. 

Did mine on 15 February 2022.

Just me and my body

Back there i never think i am that fat, obese girl.

i was 11.

i was happy with my own life.

Rumah Seri
